What is NFC Tools?
NFC Tools is a reliable toolkit for reading, writing, and managing NFC tags. From everyday automations to advanced tag management, it lets you interact with NFC tags effortlessly - fast, flexible, and designed with privacy at its core.
What can I write to NFC tags?
You can write contacts, WiFi credentials, email, links, shortcuts, and more - all from a single app. Scanned tags are also saved to a history list for easy reuse and reference.
Is my data private?
Yes. All data stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded or transmitted externally, and no account is required.
Do I need a subscription?
Reading tags and viewing scan history are available for free. Writing, erasing, locking tags, and password protection are Pro features that require an active subscription.
How do I erase, lock, or protect a tag?
From the tag management screen you can erase a tag’s contents, lock it as read-only, or protect it with a password for secure use cases. These actions are Pro features.
Which devices are supported?
NFC Tools works on any NFC-capable phone. NFC reading and writing require both hardware NFC support and the necessary permissions enabled on your device.
How do I delete my data?
Since there is no account and everything is stored on your device, you can delete the app to remove all data instantly.
